David has worked in the golf business for 6 years with stops at Countryside Golf Club in Roanoke and Birkdale Golf Club in Richmond.  David was born and raised in Roanoke and graduated from Northside High School.  David has a great passion for the game of golf and looks forward to serving his friends in the local golf community of Roanoke.

Mike started working at Ole Monterey in 2012.  He started out as a Marshall/Starter and worked his way into the pro shop.  Mike is retired from the City of Roanoke and enjoys working part time at Ole Monterey.

Tammy has worked at Ole Monterey since 2004.  She started as Snack Bar help and worked her way up to manager.  If you have a suggestion for food or beverage, Tammy would be happy to talk to you about the proposed change.

Miles comes back to Ole Monterey from Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain Resort where he was the general manager of golf operations.  Miles grew up on hole #6 and was a junior member since the age of 5.   His love for Ole Monterey is what brought him back "home".  Now with more than 10 years' experience, Miles brings a wealth of knowledge specific to retail, events, and golf course management.

Dwayne has worked at Ole Monterey since 2005.  Before Ole Monterey Dwayne worked at Roanoke Country Club and Hanging Rock Golf Course. He is responsible for the tees, collars and trimming.

Keith has worked at Ole Monterey since January of 1991.  Keith was here before Ole Monterey had irrigation and new equipment. He is responsible for mowing the roughs and greens.  He also assists in seeding, fertilizing, and irrigation system operation and maintenance.

Mark has been with Ole Monterey since 2011.  Before Ole Monterey Mark served as the Superintendent at Countryside Golf Course. Prior to Countryside he worked for over 30 years at Hunting Hills Country Club, moving up from a crew member to the Superintendent position, which he held for 12 years.  Mark is responsible for mowing the fairways and greens.  He also helps out with the mechanic duties.
